easy fall recipe

Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins/Cookies

3 ingredients:

1 box of spice cake mix
1/2 of a 30 oz. can of pumpkin (about a cup and half?)
1 cup of chocolate chips (or more if you so desire)

Now here's the tricky part. Preheat the oven to 350. Combine cake mix and pumpkin. (no eggs or oil needed). Add in chocolate chips.

Spoon mixture into greased or lined muffin tins (or on a cookie sheet). They don't rise very much, so you can fill the tins pretty full. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

Easy, right?

If you make more than you can eat, save the rest and freeze them. Then you can microwave them and take them on your walk to school or as an afternoon snack.
Or you can eat, like, five while watching The Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights. Whatever works.
