finals. yet again.

What I’ve learned this finals week:

1.       Drink a lot of water.
2.      Take lots of naps.
3.      Take time to be outside (or sitting by your window if the weather is bad)
4.      Hot tubs feel great after studying.
5.      Cooking is an excellent way to de-stress.
6.      It’s okay to scream too.
