Tonight, I made my breakfast for the next few weeks.
I found this recipe and decided to try it out. (it's even healthy!)
These little granola muffins are all sitting in my freezer, waiting until next week.
All I have to do is microwave one for 60 seconds, grab some fruit, and I've got a quick and healthy breakfast. No more protein bar or leftover brownies kind of a meal.
Spring semester - I will make you one of my healthiest semesters yet.
